Excel Post Processing Templates and User Guides
Note that these Excel templates no longer work on newer SVC file formats and are no longer kept up to date. Please refer to our documentation on using Spectragryph for processing field spectroscopy data: Tutorial for using Spectragryph for postprocessing field spectroscopy files (Word document).
The Facility has created a number of Excel templates which can be used to post process the spectral data files from FSF fieldspectrometers. The templates will allow multiple spectral data files to be compiled into a single spreadsheet, scaled for relative and absolute reflectance or converted to spectral radiance or irradiance values.
Download the Excel Post Processing Template files and corresponding User Guides by 'clicking' on the links within the table below. If required, the User Guide only can be downloaded by 'clicking' on the appropriate link below.
Note 1. It is also necessary to download the FSF reference panel calibration files or the FSF radiometric calibration files contained in an Excel workbook. These calibration files will be routinely updated.
Note 2. These templates were originally designed in Excel 2003 but have been revised and tested for Excel 2007, 2010 & 2013 compatibility. Please contact us if you identify compatability issues.
