FSF Online Application
This is our new, online application. You can view the entire application by scrolling down, and can come back to any active application at a later date.
To come edit / continue an application, first ensure that the email form is filled. Then, 'submit' the application by pressing the icon at the bottom of the form. This will save the data to out database, and will email you a personal link to view or edit your responses. When you are ready to submit for the last time, check the box reading 'final submission' at the very base of the form.
After final submission, your application will be saved and will be sent to our Steering Committee for review. You will receive an email from FSF with confirmation of your final submission.
